Owner and Head Personal Trainer
Living a fit and healthy lifestyle has been a passion of mine for many years. My virtual women’s only studio focuses on empowering women through fitness, nutrition and improving mental well-being.
I have many years of experience teaching both in-person and online fitness sessions and enjoy instructing a variety of classes from strength training, cardio, core, high intensity interval training, kickboxing and Strong Nation. My workouts are customized to prevent you from plateauing and to ensure your body gets a challenging workout every time. All fitness levels are encouraged as modifications are provided based on your fitness experience. Everyone has different health goals from weight loss to stress release to toning to feeling good. I will motivate you, challenge your limits and hold you accountable during every class. My purpose is to continue to help you achieve your wellness goals and inspire you to live a healthy LIFESTYLE!

Laurie’s passion for fitness started at a young age being a ballerina for 10 years. Excelling in nutrition, physical education and anatomy, she decided to obtain her fitness and instruction certificate with Canfitpro. Laurie has been exercising with Andrea for several years and combined with her own experience, she now teaches strength, bands and core classes. She brings a positive energy, a variety of exercises and moves and her classes are a great compliment to the program.
Zumba Tone Instructor
Sheyla has been teaching a variety of fitness classes for many years and brings a positive and infectious energy to every class. She has experience in teaching full body strength training, Zumba, low and high impact cardio, Step, Spinning and Strong Nation classes. Her Zumba Tone classes incorporate light dumbbells with dancing to the beats of Latin music. If you are looking for an awesome sweat session and some feel good moves, be sure to try it out!
Scotty is a construction worker by day and a fitness trainer by night. He is a certified Personal Trainer and Kickboxing instructor that brings a great energy to both our men’s and women’s classes.
Fitness has been a passion of Scotty’s since 2014 when he was on his own fitness journey through lifting weights, running and eating right, he lost 80 pounds. Scotty completely changed his life for the better and now he is happy to pass on his knowledge onto others and help them forge new habits that will lead to a healthy lifestlye!
Scotty leads our Tamfit Men’s program 3 nights a week, teaches our women’s kickboxing class and substitutes in our strength classes as required. He brings a refreshing energy to the team and a variety of exercises customized to meet our team’s goals. Be sure to give Scotty a try!
