Our programs are customized to meet your fitness goals, make you sweat and keep you accountable and committed, all while having FUN! Once you start, you will get Addicted to the LIFESTYLE!

Virtual Group Fitness Classes

All routines are customized and specialized in elements of cardio, strength training, core, balance and flexibility. All classes range from 30 to 60 minutes in length, offered via zoom and program intensity will vary depending on your fitness level (beginner, intermediate, advanced). The Trainer will provide ongoing support to ensure proper form with modifications provided as required. You can choose any combination of classes depending on your fitness goals and level.  If you cannot make the live classes, all sessions will be recorded and available for 72 hours post class. 

Equipment required – dumbbells, mat, exercise (loop) resistance bands, gliders and stepper.


In-person Group Fitness Classes

All in-person classes are offered at Decathlon (3300 Rutherford Rd, Vaughan, On) and sessions are 45-60 minutes in length. The class will focus on helping you get stronger, increase endurance, develop coordination, balance and core strength.  It’s a great way to get moving, improve your fitness and physical performance in a manner which you are comfortable with. The trainer will provide support to ensure proper form with modifications are given. All fitness levels welcome!

Class Types And Descriptions

Strength Training (Upper & Lower Body)

These training classes use a variety of different equipment (dumbbells, chairs, steps, barbell) which will contribute to your workout by building strength, getting lean, toned and develop coordination and balance.

Cardio & Core

A variety of hi-lo impact cardio moves to improve your cardiovascular endurance combined with core strengthening moves to develop and tone your abdominal muscles.

Resistance Bands & Back

These classes are designed to make your muscles stronger in multiple planes of motion. Resistance bands maintain constant tension on the muscles throughout the entire movement of an exercise and hence create greater muscle growth. These classes also focus on exercises that strengthen the back muscles and would be a compliment to the variety of other classes.

Strong Nation

Combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to the beat of the music. You will use your own body weight to push you through this high intensity workout. It’s a fun, intense class where you will sweat and burn hundreds of calories.

Zumba Tone

A Latin-inspired cardio-dance class that uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness party atmosphere. While many of the types of dance and music featured in the program are Latin American inspired, classes can also contain everything from jazz to African beats to country to hip-hop and pop. This class also combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba® moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party.

Cardio Kickboxing

Combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio and strength moves. This high-energy workout challenges both the beginner and the intermediate athlete. It is designed to build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility and burn calories as you build muscle with this fun and challenging workout.

High Intensity Interval Training

These classes are customized to provide you with repeated bouts of high intensity effort followed by varied recovery times. This type of training is accomplished using body weight, free weights and a mat. You will get your heart rate up and burn more fat in less time.


Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one pose directly to another, seamlessly, using breath. Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike.
