Online virtual classes are 60 minutes long, offered via zoom and led by a certified Trainer who tailors the plan to YOUR fitness goals.
Our programs run bi-monthly meaning you need to commit to a 2-month membership to ensure you are able to reap the benefits. All sessions are live via zoom. Class types, schedule, times and zoom details are all available on the TeamSnap App.

You should wear clean, comfortable workout attire, including but not limited to, t-shirts, shorts, tights, sweats, and/or tracksuits. Athletic shoes must be functional and supportive. Workout gloves are optional.
o Cardio Kickboxing – Combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio and strength moves. This high-energy workout challenges both the beginner and the intermediate athlete. It is designed to build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility and burn calories as you build muscle with this fun and challenging workout.
o Lower Body, Upper Body and Full Body Strength – These training classes use a variety of different equipment (dumbbells, chairs, steps, barbell) which will contribute to your workout by building strength, get lean, toned and develop coordination and balance.
There are a variety of classes available for all fitness levels from beginners to intermediate to advanced. Our women are between the ages of 30 to 55.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), Adults aged 18–64 should doat least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic physical activity throughout the week or do at least 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity aerobic physical activity throughout the week or an equivalent combination of moderate – and vigorous-intensity activity.
If you miss a live class, no problem, all classes are recorded and available for 72 hours.
